As per guidelines, you should be punching in your Base location.
Accenture also had its transfer portal open until sometime back so that resources can initiate transfer to their nearest location. This will help them to abide by RTO guidelines.

Transfer portal was only open for resources who had completed 2 years with Accenture or 12 months with Accenture.
