For level 9 and above there is no mid year hike or promotion

I think it should happen (both promotion nd hikes) this june cycle. Going forward we will only have june cycle no december cycle.

This time it should happen promotion n hikes n bonus as in December it was transferred to June cycle

i already heard this time also it will be very very less...this year is the real year for which accenture for preparing and saving hikes for...L8 and L9 its name sake..others may get...target to remove bench guys non performing guys using pip...so be prepared

I am at L8 and I got 5% in dec 2024, so if l9 and above dont get anything in June 2025, does it mean that we need to wait in june 2026? 18 months wait? No.. we would get something.. hope for best
