Trending @Accenture; Can we expect hike for atci this year

There are a lot of leadership changes going on internally on higher levels. So what I think is they would give a hike but will be very less than our expectations after waiting for 2 years. So don't expect a lot and consider switching if you're getting a better offer outside.

Don't count on it. The mood is grim, and the unofficial word is no hikes this year.
