Can we get an early release from the company if we are on the bench. Also when in the project what is the case?
See it's a common thing in corporate. Your current company will not release you early. Joining new companies will always ask if you can join early or within 30/60 days. If you want to resign from that company also they will not release within 90 days.
If you resign from Accenture, HR will not even call you and ask to stay back. So convince the new company that you will talk with HR/ line manager.
Maybe not be true as there is a lot of pressure to retain people. In fact, there are weekly calls to control attrition.
In my project there are 20 people who have resigned. Not even a single call from HR
If you are on the bench and no project is available for your skill set then the bench manager/HR will reach out to you directly to quit. If they haven’t done it so far then either your skill is in demand or you have been marked for some cross-skill.
Either ways - you can always quit and start searching for a new job.
If you're on bench then there js a chance, but not possible if you are in project.
Yes, for Guys on Bench it is very easy to get relieved early as Changeability matters a lot here. If you are on project, than your project manager can helps you in reliving from Project and then you can negotiate on Buy Out with your manager and HR.
If you are on bench, you will be released early. If you are on project also, you can get released with the help of your earned leaves. Please talk to your supervisor about it.
If you are on Bench, they will be willing to release you early.
