Trending @Accenture; Can someone tell what can be increased in salary amount after promotion from Analyst to Senior analyst at Accenture?

Is it worth waiting for the promotion this june cycle or better to accept 38% increased job offer from TCS or Infosys?

38% is too less given you're already due for promotion here. Better negotiate with the new employer for a higher package (anything above 50% makes sense) or wait for the promotion hike here and then switch.

I'd suggest to take the promotion and then switch. Do the math for the next 2 years and then decide.

Switching now will only make sense when, you're getting at least >50% hike from the new employers, try negotiating for that.

You will get around 20-25% hike in salary after promotion, so choose yourself.
