Trending @Accenture; Can someone let me know what’s the criteria to get promoted from level 11 to level 10?
Blessings from your manager.. There is no X number of criteria which you need to clear for promotion. If your manager and company wants, they'll promote you. I've seen people getting promotion within 2 years from 11 to 10. Usually 1 year they don't do to support your learning in the same level, but post that, if they want, they can do.
No Criteria...the promotion is not based on some exam where you can be evaluated based on that..it is a subjective assessment so it all depends how your supervisor perceives your work. You can do all good in project but the supervisor may say that this is expected from you what extra did you do for project. did you create any automation assets etc.
One thing that you should improve is communication skills and should be able to present even your simple things as such you have done a very big task.
But if you supervisor is sensible, just give your 100 percent and supervisor will take care
Yes I’m into automation recently my manger even told me I’m in the queue for promotion but she didn’t give any update .I also got excellence award
