Trending @Accenture; Can someone help me with by CTC breakup, joined for PADA 4.6 and got a 11% hike.

If I try to switch, I can't say 5lpa due to the initial joining bonus is not applicable for the second year. So what's my actual ctc now upon which I can negotiate

So your actually ctc is 4.6 which includes the variable right? Give the exact breakup and no you can not use any joining bonus its never a part of ctc.
