Trending @Accenture; Can someone explain different types of leaves and how many do we have?
We have sick leaves ,casual leaves and earned leaves..No.of leaves we get depend on the location.. sick leave and casual leaves get relapse after 31 Aug so better to use them before that. You will get new leaves from 1 sep.
For hyd guys,leave encashment is available what does that mean?Can we encash leaves that will be expiring?

The number of leaves and public holiday are state dependent, you need to check for your base location.
What is difference between earned and casual leaves?
Every month you will earn 15 hrs leave, these leave hours will be paid when you resign in full and final settlement, and leaves can be carried forward as well.
Casual leave is like unplanned leave, you can take a few in a year, these leaves will expire on August end.
