Trending @Accenture; Can some one explain about getting gratuity amount in Accenture? Do we get it while working only or after resignation?

If you’ve completed 4 years and 7 months of service then you’re eligible for gratuity. This gratuity you will get when you leave the company.

Further this 4 years and 7 months should be in a single company and not accumulative of multiple companies.
