Actually it came from my previous project to current project but now current project does'nt have much visibility of work in future so they have put my release date and PIP will start after that..so I'll be in another project or on bench and PIP will be with current project only..not sure if I'll be saved or not now.. really worried

No PIP means they you’ve time to improve in one month. Do your best if you don’t want to lose job or if no option otherwise if you want to switch then this is best time.

Just do your task with hundred percent effort you can come out from PIP
