Damn man just thought these hike appraisals are not letting me sleep (No hike from 3 years for me). Irrespective of the outcome I should definitely switch.

My MAL IS 103, I am in the same boat , everyone be happy now. Getting to level 7 with these hikes is another hell. Best is to switch job. It has challenges with notice. Every Hr says that we need immediate joiners but their policy says 90 days notice. How that is possible
