You can't. Within country ok as far as In forming lead goes. Out if country prohibited

It’s all good until you get caught . There are various ways that Accenture can catch you working from somewhere else.

You can’t work outside India without prior approval... better to take leaves and informed your lead.. if they found out, then some action might be taken

I don't think that's an issue, you can work from anywhere.
