Trending @Accenture; Can I take back my resignation till my last day?
I have got a offer and i am planning to resign soon, i have intention to stay back in accenture if they retain me, i am willing to explore any better offer if I get. If i dont get any other offer will accenture retain me and i could take back my resignation. I have a good dependancy in my project.

Does Accenture retain the employees by providing the equivalent ctc immediately....

Seems you ate confused. Take your time, note down pros and cons and then decide.
If you have decided to resign then just delete the thought of take back the resignation. If that thought still bothers you i would suggest not to resign. Get the confidence first.
