YOE - 5.11 Level - 10 Promoted in June 24 from Level 11 to Level 10 with 25% December 24 - No Hike June 25 - 7.53% Hike Base Pay - 8.56 LPA

It’s very low for my YOE and Level.

Can I request for a Market correction? If yes, how?

Graduated in what degree and from where? How to get into a ds role pls? Are you from atci too, or some other dept? How's the market and job security there?

Unfortunately your case is very much like me, sorry copied the template too and made my post. What I'd believe is either your skills wise you can improve mycomp for better ratings, or project wise budget isn't that good pp may have happened. I've heard colleagues directly requesting market corrections to their PLs, Especially during yearly cycles announcements, then their PL assuring them of getting it done, and next cycle they perhaps do get it then.
