Trending @Accenture; Can I give feedback to my L5 manager?
My L5 manager and team lead has provided me false and bad feedback. Is it feasible to give feedback to them as well? Would that make any impact? Or it would impact me only?
Better first approach them and take this matter to HR. Also raise a grievance ticket to Accenture. They shall escalate this matter and shall process this further. Doing the same shit as they did won't value your professionalism. Handle this like a Gentleman.
First try to sort internally. Whatever feedback you give them now will not matter because they have already given theirs.
Yeah you can raise to HR for your own satisfaction don’t expect them to do anything, since your Lead and a level 5 has ganged up and decided to screw you there isn’t much hope for you it’ll be your word against them.
