Trending @Accenture; Can I get rolled off?

I joined a project last year as an ASE. Due to downsizing on client side I got rolled off and now I am in project bench for like 3 months now. Is it possible to get roll off from project bench too as no opportunities.

I learned 2 stacks until now. They told me they had opening for those stacks and after learning I still get no calls lol.
