Trending @Accenture; Can i get Promotion in the month of Nov- Dec 2025?

I joined Accenture in April 2024. And I have been in a project for the last 1 year. I got a hike of 11.23% after completing 1 year. Now i have cleared one of the techleap exams also. I completed 17 months now in Accenture. All my skills proficiency is p3 . Can i get a promotion this year?

How much marks u get in techleap ?

I got 86.67% which means 25.7 marks out of 30 and 75% was the criteria to clear the exam
