Trending @Accenture; Can i get a project release ?

I joined Accenture in sep 2023 as ASE and currently working in a project from 1.2 years which is a support one and having rotational shifts every two weeks

I have cleared techleap in November 2024 and didn’t got promotion in dec cycle as well as in march cycle and i am facing major heatlh issues due to rotational shifts and my sleep cycle is completely destroyed

If a get a doctors note and medical reports of health issues, can i get project release, please share your insights on this
