Trending @Accenture; Can I expect promotion as a fresher having 14 months of Exp.?

I have joined Accenture last year July 2024 it's been 14 months. Still I didn't receive any appraisals in last cycle, even after completing 1 year. Can I expect any increment in the upcoming November cycle.
