I have joined accenture in Aug 2024. I was assigned to a project within 2 weeks. Can I expect hike in may cycle? Currently I am at career level 10. How much VP can I get?

Hike in 6 months, you're joking right. Accenture isn't that generous! You'll probably get a hike in Dec, but that isn't certain either. Also since you're lvl 10, no default promotions, tech leap promotions etc for you.

You will be getting hike in range of 11 to 13.5% in Dec cycle only. But if you clear Techleap you can get promotion withing 1 year.

No hike, only promotions. Hike will be given during the December cycle.
