6moTrending @Accenture; Can I expect a promotion in the next cycle
I joined Accenture 1.1 year back, with 3 years of past experience in another MNC, last cycle i just got variable pay(10.5%) but received no hike. The client has given me excellent feedback (Manager itself informed me of this) and recently my manager was asking me about my MAL value. After hearing the slow promotion rate on this app i have less expectations. Should I discuss anything with my manager before hand ?

Bhai to get promotion to l9 you need at least 5 years of total experience no matter how much appreciation you get. You will get a good hike with a good VP if your client has a budget
