Trending @Accenture; Can I Courier My Laptop to the Base Location Due to a Critical Personal Emergency?
I am currently working from home due to a critical personal emergency, and my laptop has stopped working. I need to know if it's possible to courier my laptop to the base location for replacement. Could any helpdesk personnel confirm this process and provide guidance on the necessary steps?If it is possible can I collect the new one From nearby location because my project is completely okay with it but they need some confirmation
Actually u need to raise a ticket in Tech support call them & speak on the issue and get the approval for replacement and u can check whether u can submit via courier. If they don't accept u may have to visit office
once you raise a ticket and speak to the tech support engg, they'll guide you to any of the local Accenture partnered courier center from where you can submit your laptop for courier. and nearby accenture facility meanwhile might enable a new system for you.
