Wen I joined Accenture I asked release in 3 months coz that project was not aligned with my experience. They would resist a bit but it's fine to ask release. So shudnt b a problem.
Convincing is the key.

Any policies on the bench, that I should get a project immediately or what's the grace period or any other problems in the bench after taking release
