Hi all. Will there be hikes and promotions in this mid year? I joined accenture 2 years back as level 10 and am expecting promotion to level 9. If yes, when will we get communication from supervisor? Please share your comments.

If yes you will get info in November. Mostly don't expect anything since budget cuts in mostly all project. Huge drop in projects from diamond partners and early investment plans for generative ai by Accenture
