Except for some practices in Data & AI.. S&C doesn’t have CL8… All hires in S&C are by default part of PACE.. So their career progression are CL 11-9-7-6-4

Okay...but have never seen any Associate Manager in S&C
Even I have also not seen .. but as per my PL the next promotion from CL9 is CL8
