Trending @Accenture; Can any experienced manager can answer?

Other than allocated VP percentage, is it possible to provide some extra bonus along with VP? Like in a very specific situation. Leads were saying to me that I will be getting some good extra bonuses.

After giving all the VP sometimes ur lead gets some additional amount. Example- you are getting 10% vp by the hr and leadership but your lead can additionally give u 4-5% extra
