I am level 12 and want to roll off from my project , amazing co workers amazing manager but the technology I am working with does not suits me , I am no good at it and always end working twice as hard as anyone is there any way I can move to the area where I have interest in

Maybe you should try changing your primary skill on myCompetency portal.

If I change my primary skill will there be no issue w my lead cause he is also in the same project

You can checkout the detailed procedure on the portal, from what I have heard, primary skill change goes as a request to concern members then only allowed to do so.
