Trending @Accenture; Came Back From a Break… and Found Nothing Left

I was recently asked to take late-night calls beyond my shift. Since I value keeping a balance, I stuck to working within my scheduled hours. After that, I started noticing indirect pressure being put on me for no real reason.

I decided to take a week off to clear my head, and when I came back, I found out all my responsibilities had been handed over to others. Now, despite being a senior resource, I’m left without any real ownership.
