In Accenture suppose buyout is for one month So do we pay the entire month's whole salary with allowances or just the basic part ? I'm confused like for example if I get around 50k Every month with all allowances do i pay that or just 15-17k the basic pay?

Everything whole month salary you can ask HR to give you in written

You mean not just basic but entire salary which I get
The other side is not paying I'm paying the buyout from my pocket as I badly need early release
