What does buyout meant?

They don’t give buyout option at all in 99% of cases. Exception made for the 1% only if you yourself have any serious health issues. Not your parents, spouse or anyone else in the family.
They will tell you to apply for unpaid leaves and come back. HR are not very cooperative when you approach for immediate release.

There is no buyout option. If you approach HR they'll strictly say to serve a notice period of 3 months. However I had a friend in which he gave some medical reasons and got a buyout of 2 months. But in his case there was too much pressure and harassment he had to indulge from his higher management and HR department.
