Trending @Accenture; Buyout in Accenture

Currently I got an offer from product based company and it’s almost 100% hike, but they want me to join within 60 days and Accenture has 90 days of notice period, the product based company is okay to provide buyout money as well. Is there anywhere where we can learn more about buyout in Accenture ? Please provide the inputs, thanks in advance

I will give you a real scenario of my 2 friends.

Scenario 1: He got an offer and company agreed for 90days notice period which is fine. But the new company told if you join ASAP u will get a joining bonus. My friend asked for immediate release which they didn’t give and he had nearly 40 leaves ig he tried for buy out option where they didn’t agree. He escalated it to higher manager and looped director also and it went till leadership. They gave an immediate release to him. Though it helped it was a mess.

Scenario 2: Another friend of mine who is also a mutual friend of scenario 1 person also got an offer with 150+% of hike but it was for immediate joining . Now this guy knew what happened with the scenario 1 person and he didn’t want to mess up. He took 3days continuous sick leave and he came back and told he won’t be able to work anymore due to medical reasons and it’s emergency. he needs immediate release from the company, providing some sort of proofs to make it genuine and they let him go immediately.

Plan wisely. It might work for you as well

Issue with scenario 2 is when you want to leave new org and join another , during BGV accenture will tell this. Which may end up getting rejected due to it.

First tell me how did you get pbc calls. I am trying from last 1 year but nothing is working for me. I have ATS score of 87 and according to chatgpt, its above 90, but still no luck. Have 2.2 YEO with 2 internships.

I accepted the offer saying I will join within 60 days and trying for other offers, but everyone wants to join within 30 days

If your manager is not leaving you, better show medical reasons with your mom or dad need urgent care. Otherwise it's not possible.

Go ahead , mine early release got rejected and offer got revoked which was more than 100%.

I would suggest don't say you are going join another org. B

No buyouts in accenture , you have to serve 90 dsys

They won't do by purpose, make you serve notice period and suffer
