Trending @Accenture; Buyout granted

i am on notice period i just had a discussion with my manager and we dont have work literally nothing...lot of projects getting delayed for no reason or getting cancelled. and hence he is ok with buyout option. do anyone know how the process goes during buyout. Is it conversation between new employer and ols employer..do i need to pay the buyout amount? how does new employer repay it to us ..etc
