Trending @Accenture; BS Hike

After working 1.5 yrs in Accenture, being one of the top performers in the project, got 0 hike. Reason: I am already at a competitive price. I am so frustrated and don't feel like working. Last year, I contributed to Accenture Assets Creation, gave training in my practice and also got good reviews from my PM, Onsite lead. I dont know how to put out my frustration.
