I recently joined Accenture and I'm trying to understand the difference between VP and bonus. My VP is approximately 2.25 lakhs. Could you please clarify how much I can expect to receive annually from this amount? I started in October and am currently assigned(hard locked) to a project. Specifically, I have two questions: 1. What is the distinction between bonus and VP? 2. How much money can I anticipate receiving from the 2.25 lakhs?
