If I plan to put down my papers in last week of May will it hamper my bonus?
It won't impact, two points if you are on payroll till variable payout date you will get variable. The second variable payout is now locked (usually the first week of May) in the system, so can't be changed now.
If someone would have resigned in Apr, leads had the opportunity to make variable payout almost zero.
I dropped papers on 8th May will it hamper my promotion and Variable Pay as my manager already confirmed orally that I got promoted during discussion after taking assurance from my side that I won't be leaving Accenture for the next 1 year but I got 75% hike from Capgemini. Will this stop my promotion and Variable Pay, I'm concerned as my resignation was approved without any discussions
Promotion will not impact, the variable is 50-50. He needs to reach out to HR and leadership, to change variable payout amounts. It's a very short time for him to manage it, so unless he is really pissed off, he will not cut the variable.
