Trending @Accenture; Bonus in June after PIP DEC cycle

Just wanted to know if i get PIP in December , am I eligible for bonus in June cycle. Or there will be no bonus. Also suggest for future growth like if i leave the company it will better or not. As i am not learning and not see future growth in current project.

U R not going to get any VP and hike in this cycle and coming cycle you may get. Better switch
