Do you guys have any idea about the bonus in December cycle, like if i don't get promotion then will i recieve a bonus or something

Promotion communication will happen in November and its effective date. Would be from December 1st. So if you got promoted with a hike, you will get your hiked salary in December salary.

Can't assume anything this Aug and sept their are few client downsize and also few left...it depends on project to project....few project there is very bad bonus past 2-3 years
