Trending @Accenture; Bonus Gaya mera?

I exited Accenture on 28th May, it was my LWD. Same day bonus was announced and was updated on the rewards portal. I received my FNF amount within two working days of LWD but my bonus which was 12% and updated on portal is still pending. On asking India exit team and HR, HR responded that rewards portal is a Vpay letter and distribution of amount happened later (post 28th) which is why it is not applicable to me.

Is my bonus eaten by HR? My people lead and manager says they released it for me and even visible to them on portal.

Any idea what can be done against this?

You will get Vpay only if you are on Accenture's payroll on the day of Vpay Distribution. Sweet and Simple.

Welp ur lucky if at all they give later after a month.. I did get shift allowance and all... Else it went back to acc pocket 😵‍💫
