I was getting bored in one of the training sessions so derived this formula used by Accenture for bonus Calculation. Please let me know if you are getting correct values and my understanding is correct.

((0.21*Fixed salary)/2)(VP percentage/21) = Bonus

Assumption variable pay is 21% of Fixed salary.

Do we have to do a division by 2 again since it is split in 2 cycles?
