Trending @Accenture; Bonus after 5 years!!

When I was joining Accenture as a fresher we were told that if we stay in company for maybe 4 or 5 years (not sure). A good amount will be given to us.

Does anyone know what the exact amount is and how many years.

I’m working here from 5.5 years. I didn’t get any bonus. I don’t think there is any bonus as such but u will be eligible for gratuity.

Nothing as such but if u exit after 5 years u get gratuity.
