
Trending @Accenture; Blocked from Resigning: Portal error & HRBP refusing to help—Advice needed!
Hey everyone, seeking urgent advice regarding the exit process.
I am currently in a situation where I have rolled off my project and have been automatically hard-locked into a new one. However, I have no People Lead (PL) assigned to me in the system right now.
PM don't want to take ownership to assign a new PL because no any such dependency on me.
Because of this missing PL, the exit portal is not allowing me to submit my resignation, as the field is mandatory.
I reached out to my HRBP and PM, but they have been extremely dismissive and rude, telling me that I cannot resign until a People Lead reflects in the portal.
I've already sent the office mail but not sure they will accept or not.
I’m stuck until the system updates, which is delaying my notice period. Has anyone faced this technical 'lock' before?
How can I get a People Lead assigned quickly.
Any help or similar experiences would be greatly appreciated.

If you drop an email to your current people lead. The day will be counted as the first day of your notice period. Irrespective of what you have submitted on the tool.

earlier People lead was already left the org from previous project.
Currently people lead is not assigned to me because I roll off from previous project and tagged to new one, for that reason I am not able to submit my exit request on the tool, but I've already informed over the mail to my current workday Project manager and Project HR but they are not taking any ownership and saying without putting request over the tool it will not accept.
