Trending @Accenture; BITS PILANI WILP interested...

Is it really worth pursuing a WILP(Work Integrated Learning Program) MTech degree while working. I’m a working IT guy with 5 yoe and came across this program. Really interested in this but is it really useful and does it make any change to my career?

MBA i’m not sure but Accenture sponsor diploma from IIMC. Get yourself enrolled in Techstar program for 2026 for which nominations will open somewhere in November or December.

If you don't have any offer, go for it. Else it doesn't worth. Wipro offered it? I completed my MTech from wilp in 2019. Telling with experience

Really? They were saying it has the same value as a full time degree. Is it really not gonna add some weight to a resume like specialized in AI and ML?

Value of degree will be same but when you will try to switch(after completion) next company will consider either your degree or experience.

Instead of investing in degree, invest in up skilling with new tech. Post grad degrees are hardly considered if you already hold a degree in Engineering.

If you want to move to some consulting or Analytical role go for PGDM/MBA from good B school.

But holding a master's degree would be easy to land in a product based company right?
