I have a big update There is going to be a base pay change from June 2025 So i assume we may expect a hike Check image from below, it clearly shows june 30 as the effect date that means salary for june2025 will be with new base pay Please have little hope
I see lot of random and invalid posts here.
Abe, this is the update that was published last year, that new appraisal cycle will be from June. This doesn't mean there will definitely hike
all our questions will be answered soon enough Whether we get 1% or anything big Just keeps your hopes low Because we cant change what we are going to get Even i would say dont hope much
But it is what it is Even if you get 3% you would have a slight change and lets say it might cover up your petrol/electricity or your 1 weekend dinner bill
I understand our frustrations but lets not hurry so much Better to wait for atleast 1 week We have been doing from last many years
True, little growth is better than no growth at all , fingers crossed 🤞
Friendly reminder that even 1% hike qualifies as new base pay. So we will be getting a hike this cycle, the real question is are we getting a decent hike or a peanut.
Offcourse whoever gets hike, it will be effective from June salary paid by June 30. What's the big deal here

Seriously such a bullshit update and that was way back which was received in 2022 if I m correct as per my knowledge... Guys why are we spreading fake news like how the media does nowadays.... Grow up guys and show some maturity instead of spreading all fake news... Grapevine has become reel application and this is the myth fact
Variable you get in may salary and new base comes in june salary. What is the rocket science you have here ?
