Trending @Accenture; Biased Team Lead CIO or team mates are faking
My TL is so biased (as per what my team mates told) that for me he feels like I do no work for the project whereas they are using most of the APIs which are created by me and they can’t even run it themselves, they find the payload complicated and still the work is assigned to some other employee by my TL and that employee will keep pinging me continuously until I help him to run the API and after all this I keep on listening from few of my team members that my TL is saying that I don’t take the work seriously and all and he’s going to roll off me from the project. Is there chance my team mates are lying to me or my TL really thinks same for me??
Try to delay to help that employee..let it escalate..then TL will come to know it's you who is doing actual work.. Or don't explain everything to that employee or you drop a mail looping TL when work is done something like this so that TL knows what all work u handle..
In every meeting you can say that you help abc employee......
And also told them that they speak about you in dailya call that they took your help for anc task .....
