Trending @Accenture; BH Number Plate for Accenture Employee

I am currently living in Bangalore but my car is punjab number. I want to get it chaged to BH vehicle number so that there is no problem in future if I move to some other state. I know there is process to get form-60 from Accenture and submit applixation to RTO but I am not able to find online link under MoRTH to apply online for same. Please someone guide me with full step by step process.
