Trending @Accenture; Best performance but no promtions, Why?
Last cycle i was promised that i would get promotion as currently i am handling the activities, a level more than my current level. However, one mail came and they told that they have tried a lot but this cycle they cannot give and only bonus was given. Now this cycle also they are saying that they will give me promotion but if this cycle its not done then half of the faith already we have lost and we will loose the complete faith if cycle also its not done... Those who are working hard should get what they deserve.
Same happened with me . Currently in level of 10 and they promised to CL 9 last year but till now no talks of promotion. Last year colleague who is a girl got promoted. They put me on hold . This year they said no promotions or hikes . 1.5 years gone by. Still doing time pass
I don't have a single negative feedback and even when I am OOO, people are callinge me and taking my help and pull me even in calls.... This is over and above frustation.... Only verbal appreciations are there. I have never aksed for any promotions but they themselves are coming and telling me that this year they can't give me..this is demotivating
Bro just quit. This is the best advice I can give , if you are working in a sick team. But make sure you pass your reason of leaving to your senior manager . This is to benefit the organisation in future
Same situation happened with me, they promised but did not gave promotion. But they promoted other two people from analyst to senior analyst in my project last December. Looks like they are taking there employees for granted now just because of the current market scenario

Trust me or not, I’m telling you what I heard from my senior leadership. When we said that attrition is rising, they said don’t worry about attrition.
You can understand from this, they have their hands tied at this time. Accenture is a good paymaster but the time is not good these days.
A similar story for me as well, my project lead takes all my credit he doesn't do anything apart from cheap politics, and my manager never listen to me and doesn't even reply to my pings.. 😂 Manager and above are enjoying the Accenture
