Trending @Accenture; Benched in a project

Hi All, I was allocated to a project in August and hard-locked in September. However, I haven’t received any communication or tasks since then. Upon reaching out to the Project PMO, I was advised to use the unassigned charge code from the date of hard-lock.I was also asked to wait for the project call’s which I’m not getting and after asking again and again he told to hold as I also trying to staff you but nothing happens..btw cl is 12
