Trending @Accenture; Benched for 2.5 months
I have been on bench for almost 2.5 months I joined in 2023 and and was in a Sap Dev project for more than a year and a half then it got ended. Now I am afraid after how much time will they plan on kicking people like us?
No project mail or calls are coming applying for projects from jobs gateway by pinging the project poc and they are not even bothering to reply properly.
Now what should be my next steps?
Keep sending mails to your resources management and focus on my competency skills
actively appy for roles from open demands list and from jobs portal .....skill up in meantime, increase proficiency in primary skill.... don't give them reason to kick you out....
yeah am doing all of the mentioned, even trying to make data science to be a primary skill first by adding it to skills of interest and trying to make it above 3 stars. do you think thats a good idea? or even if its possible?
