I have joined Accenture in October and randomly got sap basis stream,now after finishing stream training I am in bench for last 1 month.what should I do know , actually I am not interested in this domain 😐
I am also in Sap basis and i felt it is the worst stream. Either you will get support project, which has no growth or you will get migration project in which they will make you work 12 hours a day and during cutover you will have night shift. Better to start preparing for other jobs so that you can switch. Utilize your time on bench to upskill and leave this fuckall company.
I am trying to change my domain by switchinf company. My team is so toxic they do not approve any leaves until I give them reasons like someone died or some mishap happened because my manager says they are short of resources. If they are short of resources they should onboard more resources right? But they won't as they want to make 1 person do the work of 3 people and give less money
