Trending @Accenture; Bench time in Accenture
Hey guys,
I have been happy in Accenture and in my project for the last few years, I had been planning to switch projects but due to being comfortable and being scared I was hesitant.
Recently the work has changed and not in a good way, already I was taking too much work and now being asked to take additional responsibilities and it comes from the client which went through a restructuring, so not much room to change.
This has pushed me over the edge and I want to go ahead and try outside my current project, since the things that made sense working in the current project are no longer present.
I want to take my chances and want to know what the bench policy of Accenture is and how long I will have to score a project.
After roll off 45 days to find a project of your choice. If not found then 45 more days to get a project. You could be asked to take up another role or work in night shift or change location. If still not able to find project, termination. Which means you have total of 90 days to find a new project once you are in bench.
Wants to really take a chance, put resignation. And start something of your own
I have same question, off boarded from project today.
